Sydney Airport opened Australia’s first in-airport hotel, Aerotel the airport hotel brand developed by Plaza Premium Group (PPG) in 2022.

The contemporary new hotel is situated within the T1 International terminal arrivals hall and features 15 Solo and Double rooms, offering passengers the added flexibility of booking rooms by the hour.

Passengers can enjoy a restful night’s sleep and full buffet breakfast before walking upstairs to check-in to their flight, while weary travellers touching down in Sydney can refresh with a shower, snack and a sleep before making their onward journey.
