SYD is committed to ensuring we are not doing business with individuals or companies who knowingly profit from modern slavery.

We continue to build our understanding of modern slavery risk in our operations and supply chain and work with our business partners to reject slavery in all its forms.

This Modern Slavery statement is a joint Modern Slavery Statement covering the activities undertaken during the year ended 31 December 2022 by the entities in our structure with reporting obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), which together, for the purposes of this statement, are defined as SYD.
